Second, once a leader has found their own success, it is imperative to use support and challenge to help others get to a higher level. This keeps teams motivated and supports overall success and the greatest outcome for everyone. Finally, once a leader has developed themselves and helped others ascend to higher levels, they must create an atmosphere for growth with a foundation based in vision and values that ultimately creates a 100X culture.
